William C. Dickinson, Jr. (Cliff) serves as an expert witness in cases involving crane accidents and rigging accidents. He is experienced at evaluating lift plans, crane set up, rigging selection and rigging methods. He reconstructs accidents, evaluates material handling and personnel competence. He is adept at developing questions for use in depositions or trials and at assessing the merits, or concerns, of a particular case, as it relates to cranes or rigging. Mr. Dickinson familiarizes attorneys with best practices for crane and rigging. He educates on industry ASME B30 Standards, OSHA regulations and certification or inspection requirements when relevant to an accident.
